Vishvesh is a founding director of Strategic Ratings, a credit ratings agency of CEO24X7 Limited. He has more than 23 years of professional work experience in consulting, retail, higher education, construction and manufacturing industries. Vishvesh has worked for world renowned FTSE100 listed multi-national enterprises in the UK and one of the national brands in India. His research is focussed on strategic management, corporate resilience and reliability analyses, credit ratings and sustainability of companies including organisational performance measurement. His doctoral research study included a development of new approach for credit ratings of companies publicly traded on London, New York and Bombay stock exchanges which had more than 100 index constituent companies of FTSE100 (UK100), DJIA (US30), S&P500 and BSE SENSEX in seven manufacturing and service industries.

He holds PhD from Brunel University, London; MBA from University of Surrey, Guildford, United Kingdom and BEng. in Civil Engineering from NIT Calicut, India. He also holds Certificate of Teaching in Higher Education from Brunel University, London and Diploma in Export-Import Management from Indian Institute of Materials Management, India.

Pravina Pathak is a co-founder of CEO24X7 Limited, UK and co-founder and Executive Vice-Chairman of Strategic Ratings (A CEO24X7 Credit Ratings Agency). Pravina has vast experience of teaching Economics and applying the same as a retail investor in analysing and picking right equities for more than 40 years. It is very rare that you find a small-scale investor who has always gained in the equities’ investments by applying traditional stock picking methods when markets are volatile, and indices swing frequently. Pravina managed an equity portfolio comprising more than 60 companies listed and publicly traded on the National and Bombay Stock Exchanges in India over three decades. Her research interests include equity analysis, sovereign credit risk and economics. She has Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Politics and Bachelor’s in Education from Saurashtra University, India.

Marc Bonnassieux has more than 30 years’ experience on risk management for financial institutions across the world. During his 16 years spent as CRO and head of risk in the Gulf countries, he developed extensive credit risk, private equity, strategy formulation and regulatory compliance experience.

He currently advises on financial risk management matters as Non-Executive Director; and is as well the CEO of a start-up rental company.

An Engineer and an Actuary, he is member of GARP (Global Association of Risk Professionals), PRMIA (Professional Risk Managers’ International Association) and IAA (International Actuarial Association).

He is a certified DPO (Data Protection Officer) for GDPR (Global Data Protection Regulations), an S.F.A. UK Registered Dealing Representative and a member of IFA (French Institute of Directors).
